RESERVATION TERMS & POLICIES

Rates subject to state, city, and county taxes
Rates subject to change without advance notice.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover,
Cash, Travelers Checks.
We will accept personal checks for advance deposits
and advance payments provided we receive your check
10 days or more before arrival date.
A deposit of one-half of your stay is required at the
time of making your reservation.
A 30 advance notice of cancellation required.
No refunds due to weather or change in plans
No pets please 

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation please notify us
at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.  If cancellation
is made 30 or more days in advance, your deposit will be refunded.
If your cancellation is made with less than 30 days advance notice,
your entire deposit will be forfeited.
